One of the standout moments during my stay was how Mahadi Hassan personally made sure that my room was always in pristine condition. No matter the time of day, Mahadi Hassan was always there, checking in and offering assistance. His dedication to guest satisfaction is unmatched. I’ve never experienced such a high level of care and attention, and it made my stay at Taiba Madinah Hotel extraordinary. It is near Masjid e Ghamama and Gate no. 309/310 - near zamzam supply, near Rowdha Mubarak, near women pray area and near Masjid e Quba carts. One of the best thing happened - when i was late for breakfast and had to checkout that day too - Mr. Mohammed Reza (Resturant Supervisor) and Amr Ali (Resturant Manager) went ahead of to make sure that me and my family are properly fed before we leave. Mr. Mohammed Reza gave my kid some toys as well 😇 Really happy with the management and definitely considering this hotel every time i am in Madina Mubarak!
