I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at Taiba Madinah Hotel, and I must say it is truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, the experience was flawless, and it all comes down to the incredible team behind this hotel, particularly Mahadi Hassan, the Housekeeping Supervisor. He went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable, constantly ensuring that every little detail was taken care of. I’ve stayed in many hotels across several countries, but nothing has ever compared to the level of service and personal attention provided by Mahadi Hassan and his team. One of the standout moments during my stay was how Mahadi Hassan personally made sure that my room was always in pristine condition. No matter the time of day, Mahadi Hassan was always there, checking in and offering assistance. His dedication to guest satisfaction is unmatched. I’ve never experienced such a high level of care and attention, and it made my stay at Taiba Madinah Hotel extraordinary. Each day, Mahadi Hassan outdid himself, ensuring that everything was beyond perfect. His commitment to excellence is truly inspiring and has set a new standard for hospitality in my eyes. Whether it was extra towels, special requests, or even something as simple as adjusting the room temperature, Mahadi Hassan ensured that my stay was as comfortable and seamless as possible. It is near Masjid e Ghamama and Gate no. 309/310 - near zamzam supply, near Rowdha Mubarak, near women pray area and near Masjid e Quba carts. One of the best thing happened - when i was late for breakfast and had to checkout that day too - Mr. Mohammed Reza (Resturant Supervisor) and Amr Ali (Resturant Manager) went ahead of to make sure that me and my family are properly fed before we leave. Mr. Mohammed Reza gave my kid some toys as well 😇 Really happy with the management and definitely considering this hotel every time i am in Madina Mubarak!
